On a mini max goes

Ebp
Throttle %
Is this normal or do I have the most efficient stock turbo, I haven never seen the boost higher than drive pressure, or don't know if it's even possible . This was on flat ground too. Is there an issue or not? HD300 eng file with some tweaks I made to it, only tweaks are higher RP at idle and open vanes at idle

Are the vanes open all the time? Remember that the mini max is only reading what the computer sees through the sensors...are your "tweaks" fooling the computer enough to post false numbers? That is what a tunes do...Just a thought...

Only tweaks I made were to RP at idle and turbo vanes open at idle. That's it's everything else is h&s written

Ambient temps could be playin a role in this...the ebp on the 6.4's can be deceiving in very cold weather...I see you're in ny...lol daggon global warming...

I bet you have a touch of frost in your intake pressure sensor. I get it to from time to time in the winter if I don't plug the truck in.
