What color is the backlighting and how old is it?

Also, is it normal for it to be stuck on 50 when there is no power to it?
It's either less then or right at a year old. I believe it's green backlight. And it's stuck on 55 because that's where the fuel pressure was at when it was shut off. It's and electric gauge so it stays where it was shut off and cycles once it gets power
