Ok so I got the ok from the wife to build it now that the rock crawler is just about out of the shop... So here goes the list

New OEM headgaskets
ARP headstuds
New ICP
New standpipes and dummy plugs
Billet water pump
New radiator
New degas bottle
Coolant filter kit
Coolant recrc. Kit
190/75 warren diesel injectors
uppipes with divided t4 flange
62/68/.83 divided t4 turbo
Colt race cam
Hamilton pushrods
Hamilton valve springs
Turbo pedestal
Airdog 2
FICM tuning by KEM
SCT tuning by KEM
HPOP STC upgrade
6.4l banjo bolts

Anyways i think that about covers it. Actual build is a couple months away since the rock crawler is in the way and i need to save up a little more $$$$ but this is everything thats going into the truck. Other mods are in sig.

I ran a 62 with my 190's and it could get warm towing, but it was managable.... With that divided housing, you sould modifiy the up-pipes like Shawn did on his race truck.

Forget the air dog.... Aeromotive a1000 + a regulated return will be the less troublesome setup.

yes,its needed for injectors.

you could get by with the factory deadhead style fuel system, maybe just upgrade the lines to the heads with bigger pieces,seeing as your only going with a modest 175cc injector.


you are still going to drop fuel pressure under heavy accel,but should be fine. set the pressure for 55-60.

I'm running 190/75% injectors. But I thought the airdog did the same thing as a RR? Regulate fuel pressure? Maybe I'm missing something?

Josh I still think you should do a 64mm and get those divided up-pipes

Yes divided up pipes for sure with either the 62 or 64.
