Just wondering?

My 08 just started doing something strange. ABS light comes on and TCS turns off and can't turn back on when you hit the button. Anybody have any idea what's causing this. I think it's an electrical issue since the previous owner has done some strange wiring under column for radio and alarm. Cut wires and bare ends all over.

Also. Radio turns on and door chime is going off with no key in ignition.

Sounds like a fire waiting to happen..
