My seats are rough and I'm wondering if anybody has had good look bringing seats back with any dies or anything. There's a company that sells a kit with everything including a die that you spray on for like $150. Here's some pics.

Lol yea. I was always taught to never use water or soap/shampoo on leather. That thread kind of sold me on it though. I guess it's ok if you condition immediately after.

I condition mine about once a month with the king ranch leather conditioner. It makes the soft which allows more scratches and marks to appear.

I might try some leather CPR now

I grew up ranching and we used Lexol on all of our saddles and tack. Worked wonders bringing old dried out leather back to life. Figured if it worked for that then it would work on my 2008 King Ranch. Truck had over 100k miles and the seats and steering wheel still looked new the day I sold it.

As bad as those seats are I would start with the Lexol leather cleaner several times and then use the leather conditioner often for a while and it should start to come back.
