What is the largest stock appearing low pressure side turbo that is made for the 6.4 powerstroke. I thought it was the 72.4mm by Garrett but a dealer said that there is a 80mm stock appearing one. I'm wanting to know if this is true? Thanks

Nobody makes a stock replacement 80mm low pressure charger. The only person that's done it is beech, the guy that won DPC. Elite was testing a 76mm lp, but it's not on the market right now. You can only go so big before both chargers need to be replaced for the them to work efficiently.

Rudy's was advertising their 80mm turbo and was quoting a price around $2k but cant find it listed for sale on their website. Might have to call them about it.

76mm is the biggest stock appearing bolt on atmo.
If you want to get froggy, then bolt on the precision 82mm BB from the max powers

Isn't the issue with these things getting so big, say larger than the 72.4 the compressor wheel starts getting too heavy and causes premature bearing wear?
