Well its a completely stock f450 besides a torq 2.2 it's my dad's hed like to do 19.5s or 20 AFs and run a normal all terrain tire

That's dumb, assuming they have a higher weight capacity than the 350 you would think the 450 would have better breaking ability than the 350's.
