Also, the truck will react differently to bumps because the caster will be off-nevermind the wheel wont be centered in the fender and it makes the rubbing worse. the axle centering can be fixed with a trac bar bracket designed for lift or an adjustable trac bar. the incorrect caster can be fixed with radius arm drop mounts. the steering wheel off centre can be fixed with an alignment or pull the pitman arm off the steering box and rotate it a few splines. i have just been through this with my truck and started of with spacers alone and now have all the other parts i mentioned LOL . as far as the rear goes-some people dont like stacking blocks but its just a matter of preference. it is important to make sure the driveline angle is correct. sometimes it is trial and error with or without shims to get rid of any shudders or vibrations.
