I have 2014 f350 4x4 i lifted it with a icon 4.5 lift but I was considering lowering not slammed just right so I am still able to tow. Might sell this kit only has 2,000 miles on it. Is it worth it? If so what kit options are available

There aren't really any kit options. You more or less just remove the rear block and go with lighter weight rated front springs.

4400 lb front springs with no rear block is about as low as you would want to go. 4800 lb with no rear block is pretty level (some say a little nose high). If you prefer a little rake, I would do 4800 lb springs with a 1" rear block.

Oh ok. What tires are max 33? On my factory 20" rims?

Probably a 285 or 33 is as large as you want to go and your going to more than likely suffer from tire rub if you go much lower than factory.
