My old man has a 94 f350 but its a gasser. my question is about the lights though so maybe yall can help. He can get the headlights and blinkers to work but not the parking lights.

Also, our 94 f450 lights to have the headlight and parking lights on the light handle has to stay in between the parking break setting and headlight setting, if its pulled all the way to the headlight setting the parking lights go off.

Have you checked the fuses in the 350?
Might have a wire off on the 450

The 450's headlight switch is starting to fail. I had this problem in my 95. In 2002 I bought the switch from ford, changed it out no problem. 6 months later probably related to previous switch problem and or 100 watt bulbs my harness on the back of the switch melted. Back to ford they sell the pigtail soldered it in one wire at a time bases on pin location, not color, problem solved. If your not familiar with the obs headlight switches there is a recessed button on the bottom of the square switch body, you push it in with a small screwdriver or straight pick to pull out switch knob. Then remove the dash panel the rest is easy. Hope this helps
