Little help

I've recently developed 2 over boost codes on my 08 and wondering if you guys could help track it down. My trucks been deleted with an sct 3015r and I was running canned tunes. I recently ordered custom tunes from Innovative and it started the codes almost immediately. Eric rewrote the tunes and even sent me a new ecm file but it must've been a coincidence as it throws the codes on the canned tunes as well. The codes are p0234 and p2263 that I'm able to pull from my edge insight cts. I never get above 30psi and everything seems normal until it shows an engine light that goes away when I reset the codes. So I'm thinking a bad sensor but not really sure where to start. Swamps diesel is not too far and if I can't figure it out through here ill have to make time to visit them.

Nobody has any help? I went to Swamps and Reid drove the truck and he said everything seems fine like ebp, fuel pressure and he doesn't think its something mechanical with the turbos, but will only make 27 lb of boost. He recommended cleaning the map sensor which I did with no change and because they're cheap enough I put a new one in and still no change. I'd let them figure it out but they're like 3 weeks out right now and I have to renew my plates the end of the month and it won't pass with stored codes. What other sensors would cause this problem?

sounds like a boost leak, bad ebp sensor combination. (check to make sure the ebp tube isnt plugged either.

What's your ebp reading? Check for leaks? Or tears in boots

The ebp is at 6 to 10 cruising, 40 plus at wot

Thanks for the location, ill pull it to look at the sensor

Running innovative street tune. Not at lock, just accelerating. Ill get on the freeway to see what it is at lock

I took out the ebp sensor and it wasn't really dirty but I cleaned it any way and reinstalled it with no change. What would cause low ebp with no leaking boots, new map sensor, turbos seem to function properly but just can't figure it out. I read a post that I pulled up on google that said a guy had a bad pigtail on his ebp sensor. I'm going to look at it tomorrow. Really getting kinda frustrated with it. I wish I lived close to a shop or someone that could help me track down the problem.

contact eric directly from innovative he will flash ur truck back to a early flash i had the same problem and he solved it

I've done that already. I even called in again hoping there was some sort of mess up but all I get is "we have hundreds of trucks running these tunes, its something wrong with your truck".

So this morning I pulled the ebp sensor and tube, cleaned the tube really well and reinstalled it with no change. I looked over the wire harness really well with no signs of chaffing or pinching of any kind. The truck has only 30k on it and it was stock when I bought it.

Is there anything else that would cause this p0234 constant code and intermittent p2263 code? I guess I'll change the ebp sensor but I have doubts as this will fix it. The veins on the turbo move easily, unless its the boost controller or whatever it's called?

It also always has an obd2 test not complete code and I need this gone too.

Other than the codes the truck runs very well

Just an update
I loaded the innovative tow tune and ran it a week or so now, still have the p0234 but not p2263? Anyway I really don't know what way to turn to get the code gone or what's wrong but I decided to go thru emissions today just to see and it passed! So at least that's cool that I can get my tags renewed but I'd still like to get it right as Eric said it'd do better performance and mileage when it's right. It seems as strong on the tow tune as the street so i dont know
