Livewire TS Performance Programmer & Monitor on a 6.fo?

So it looks like I am picking up a 2009 250 tomorrow for my wife. She would like to run my minimax, and that leaves me looking for another tuner. She will be happy running anything that puts the truck over 500hp. Personally I would like to get in to custom tunes, and data logging. With recent EPA shinanigans, I am guessing it is harder to get off road tuners? I would love to run a Spartan but I am not paying 1300.00 for a tuner. So, from what I know, that leaves me with SCT? Is anyone running this Livewire TS on their 6.4?

you can't run offroad files on a livewire TS.

I may be wrong but contact river city diesel. I think they can put off road tunes on the TS.

or you could buy a livewire to load tunes, then get a dashdaq for monitoring purposes

or buy a CTS monitor and just a regulor SF3 SCT for custom tunes

But i like the fact that the new Livewire can hold 10 custom tunes, but i have yet to hear that you cant use off road tunes on them. Im going to have to do more looking into that

I read on here somewhere where river city was custom tuning the livewire ts devices. Just give them a call if your set on it. Me personally i run a livewire with gearhead tunes and use a dashdaq for other gauges.

I didn't realize river city could. I know idp cannot. jared will take care of you regardless.


I don't know if the new sf3 is any better.... but I know several including me that ended up with fried PCMs during downloading. maybe someone can say otherwise.


I think jared may have some offroad regular livewires still. if so stick with that monitor or run a dashdaq monitor.

I know the TS will hold off road tunes for a 6.0 I litterally just installed one lol. The 6.4 I will check on.

Yes 96F350KID is right. It will hold them for the 6.0 but not the 6.4. Thats where river city worked there magic and made it happen. Send jared a pm

Jared called me today. SCT updated the TS a week after it came out. Nobody can tune these anymore.

For the 6.4 with a dpf delete to use a SCT, you need either a older style Livewire 9621 or 9625 OR ( HAS to be the offroad version for the dpf delete ) or a 3015 R.

That's the only models I'm aware of that will work for the dpf equipped 6.4 for SCT.
