Loading custom SCT tunes?? Any help

So I got my SCT X3 today and cannot get the tuner to connect to my computer it says the driver is not intended for this platform. Not sure what I need to try next since SCT is closed for thanksgiving.
If this will help or not but these are the screens I'm getting.

looks like your computer doesnt support the driver. I know SCT software wont work with Apple comps..not sure what you have but you may need to install the SCT software on an alternate computer.

I had to manually load the driver when I did mine. SCT has instruction on the site on how to manually install the driver.

I tried this also still couldn't get it to work, gonna try it on a buddies laptop tmrw.

Hmmm. I'm not sure. That was the only problem I had. Sorry bout your luck man. Sucks you have to wait for SCT to open back up possibly.
