Login Error

Had this message coming up when I log in the last couple days...any idea why?

"Could not find phrase 'invalid_redirect_url_x'."

Every time I login in it says I used an invalid username or password yet I am logged in.

this used to happen every time for me, then i logged out, retyped my info and logged back in and that stopped the problem for me
