Looking for 4" lift for 2003 F-350 Dually....

Trying to find a 4" lift for the 2003 F350 ext cab i'm potentially buying. Just want to get an idea of what it will cost. Does the Tuff Country kit from SD truck springs work on duallies? It is around $900 which is exactly what i'm looking to spend....

I'm not sure on that kit but from what I gather you will need longer I bolts for dually. I have done some research but haven't decided on a new leveling kit or a 4 inch lift. Maybe someone with more info can chime in.
