I got my D66 about 3yrs ago barely used, replaced my stock turbo with it and it's been on there ever since. Its been a great street turbo but I'm less than impressed with it when towing. Very laggy under 2200rpm and does not seem to fully come alive until 2400+. End result is low boost and sky high egt's. My cruising speed is 2200 and I'm wondering what is out there that will spool up quick and move some air in the rpm band where I need it. I'm not necessarily looking for more power, my goal was 400hp and ended up going past that by a fair amount.

I think the T4 mount is the way to go but there are almost too many choices and I'm not quite sure what would work good for me. I've been looking at a Modded H2E as well as a BW S366 and a QSSB. I'm not up too much on my housing/wheel size knowledge so any discussions or feedback is appreciated.

This will be for the truck in my sig. I do not plan on swapping out the Swamps 175/30% injectors anytime in the near future.

And before someone mentions it I pressure tested both the air and exh systems to 40lbs and checked every single joint w/ soapy water and have zero leaks.

The ZQSSB turbo would be a great option with those injectors for towing, it spools good off the bottom end and flows a lot of air throughout the entire rpm range, along with offering 1:1 pressure ratios with Stage Ones up to 40-psi.

We offer that turbo with a complete bolt-in kit for the OBS trucks, with or without intercooler. Let us know if we can help...
