So yes you have to redo a disclaimer, I printed mine out and signed it then Made it into a PDF and emailed it and also let them know I wanted to update to 7.10. When you update to 7.10 you get all the tunes back. You have to down this new tune via the link Matt posted 2 pages back. Just download it and unzip it then place it on your memory card.
