Exactly what the tittle says, I was just about to pull the trigger when the auto agent comes out when I noticed a clattering when decelerating at low speeds. It carries on till almost a complete stop, I was running 35" toyo MTs put the stocks back on thinking I could hear it better but I can actually hear it better with the mud tires for some reason. Was thinking it was transmission related because it would go away when the motor would free wheel but I hear this when idling up in park. It sounds like the same noise just carried on until it's below 5 mph. If you guys could give some input I took it to the dealer they reset the fuel tables per TSB 16-0064 but it disappeared for a day and came back. Here's the best video I could get of it, happens when coming back down from idle. Thanks guys http://youtu.be/YdtQmxcyLJk

Other thing besides the video, I'm running hotter than usually, it's 75 out on the highway going 60mph my first egt prob is running between 600-700 usually I'm close to 400, my 4th probe is at 640 and is actually cleaning my filter rather than filling it, idle is around 375 on the first probe. Also noticed the injection timing is retarded more than normal -5.5 degrees. Any ideas, injector messing up? No codes as of right now. I don't want to melt valves so should I park it till I bring it back in? Thanks guys

I'm just not understanding why your trying to get it figured out when it's clearly under warranty? Brand new 2016 model truck with 10,000 miles. I would be at the dealership wanting it fixed before I deIeted it.

Well first trip to the dealer was told it was normal but if something was to be going on I have a warranty. Can't complain with the dealer they warrantied the track bar joint with all the PMF parts installed. Just trying to get a general direction to talk to them about. Idling is super quiet and love it just certain things mentioned are sticking out from normal plus the clattering/maybe grinding noise.

Find different dealer. Swap back to stock. Be a pain in dealer's ass until they fix it or give you a new one. Alternatively you could drive the living **** outta it until it breaks. Then tell the dealer you want an entire new motor, including accessories, injectors, electronic brains, etc.

Ill give them one more shot. It idles awesome, when I first start it I can hear a clatter from the pass side injector but it goes away. Only thing thats making me nervous to drive it is the negative injection timing literally feels like it just wants to take off, turbo spools up to 8 pounds as soon as you hit the pedal. They did reset the fuel table and shortly after it went into regen but got to hot and shut off.
