The return from that will go straight to the fuel cell. The 2nd regulator is for the returns from the fuel pumps and heads. It will be set at 2 or 3 psi. And that fuel will go through a fuel cooler on the rail. A lot of people have luck with running unregulated returns, and some run regulated. Who knows what the right answer is but who cares, they look pretty bad ass. Also there is a heat shield he made, you can see some fuel lines wrapped in heat wrap.
