I'm sure only a handful of ppl have tore these engines down but I have a question. Our engine only use a thrust surface halfway around the crank. There's enough material to machine a spot to fit another thrust bearing opposite the 1 that's there. Any engine builders see an issue with this? I see a lot of thrust being put on the crank when we're making big power. Here's a pic of the only thrust bearing in the crank.
