Is there some sort of video or website that could give me a run down on the basics?? I like the power of the H&S engine files, I just want to tweak the trans files and maybe how to make it start off in 2nd gear in Tow/Haul mode. I would also like to change the vein position at idle in the turbo to make it whistle like my 6.0 did.

There is not a how to or tips and tricks just trial and error
On the 2nd gear start, that's pretty easy. Change both the upshift and downshift to -2 mph on the upshift and -3 on the down shift so it will never downshift.

The turbo vanes wont really sound like a 6.0 but you can change them, there are a bunch of vane tables but mainly the base vane position tables are what you are going to want.
