Measuring back pressure

Aside from a mechanical guage, I assume someone has been able to get it from the PCM? I tried earlier today with AE. Found an exhaust pressure parameter, but it stays at 4.15 psi the whole time. I beleive sensor is working correctly, AE, not pulling accurate data. Thanks for any input. Don't have a MM, so if guys are able to do that way, I will have to see About a different route.

A little more reading indicates a Mini Max will do it, so I may be out of luck for the time being on the electronic front.
