I have been doing some testing on Morgan's pump for 11-15 trucks. My truck is a 2012 with a 64mm VGT street max. Everything else is stock, down to the air box.

I have been pretty happy with the performance of the truck but had the pump maxed out with the bigger turbo. Morgan talked me into trying a pump to see where we could take the turbo and make the most power.

Stock pump made 1330us PW and did 559 Corrected on a loaded mustang dyno back in October/November (ish)

Put the same tune and everything on Haller's dyno and the truck made 570 Corrected on their dyno.

I swapped pumps out and drove the truck for about a week to make sure everything was ok. Loaded it back on the dyno and put some higher pulse width tunes in it and got to testing.

Truck made peak power at 1730 PW but was a little smokier, still not bad for the power. Power was 629 hp Corrected for a gain of 59 Hp. The graph was much smoother and power carries out better.

We cranked the tuning all the way up to 2000us just to see if the pump will maintain and it has no problem doing that. Way more fuel than this 64 can handle.

On the street the truck actually smokes less than before, I am unsure why but it does. Truck drives great. I can run a 1440 pw tune and drive the truck smoke free all the time. Same tune made right at 600 HP.

So far I have about 700 miles on the truck. there is no trade off so far between my factory 12 pump and this one. Overall I am super happy with the set up and things are working well.

I am not sure when the pump will be released, Morgan can chime in on that one.

Those are awesome numbers!! I'm assuming a stock 15 charger on an 11-15 truck with this modded pump would be out of air for the fuel of the modded 15 pump? Kinda kicking myself for not going with the streetmax the first time around.

Nice numbers. I see a streetmax in my near future. I'm tired of my truck being a dog.

Yes the factory 15 pump is most likely more than enough fuel for even a street max turbo or a non vgt 64mm range charger. This stroker pump is obviously overkill. Rods and compounds or something and I think a guy could get 700 out of this pump.

Nozzles might be some help too

What can the factory 15 pumps hold over the 11-14 pumps?

If I recall correctly they will maintain about 1600us I didn't test a factory 15 pump tho so someone might need to correct me. Obviously I ran out of air at 1730 us which is fine I am glad that the pump is not maxxed out all the time.

Cool, thanks. I'll probably swap my pump out for a stock 15 down the road as I wouldn't go any bigger than a streetmax anyway. I'm content with the stock 15 charger now but a lil more air and fuel would be as far as I'll take this truck.

It also depends on the condition of the 11-14 oem pump. We have seen results vary 20hp per truck stock to stock on the same day. So I would say like any dyno results can vary.....this is just what we saw.

sure, for reference my 12 only has 31k on it. From what I understand its pretty common for 11-14 pumps to maintain 1300 us and that's about it.

I tried 1400 us and it dropped rail to 26k. I never dyno'd it to see if the drop in rail made a difference in power. I do know that it was about as smokey as a 1600 us tune is now.

I should have clarified that.

No intake at all,

When I made 559 on the loaded mustang I lost 30hp with the factory air filter in place.

My NoLimit intake should be here Friday. I am really interested to see how throttle response changes. I have the low boost fueling very tight to keep the truck from smoking. So it should be pretty obvious if the truck spools better that it will drive better.

how much pw are you running?

I live at 6000 feet so there is a good chance at sea level a guy might want 1800-1900 us

1700ish is what I see on the mini. It's KEM tuning. Basically only come up short going up a hill humping it. And yes, the benefits of good air.
