On the mini max what exactly is the fuel flow monitor monitoring? I can make it go from 0gph coasting to 99gph at full tilt, is it measuring fuel flow thru the lpfp or the hpfp? Any insight?

I'd say it's just a calculation of fuel usage (rail pressure x pulse width x injector flow etc.)

if you've got aftermarket nozzles it goes out the window

I don't think it has to do with usage, on the highway it says 14 gph and I don't think I'm using half a tank in an hour trip

I think thats supposed to be mass fuel desired so actually its mm3, not sure if thats right but thats the only thing that can make sense to me

Mass fuel desired is MM3 per stroke, so i think thats per injector cycle, again based on rail pressure and pw basically, nozzles throw that number out the window, i have often wondered if actually calculating nozzle size and basing the tuning off of that if the truck would basically drive like stock... might have to try it

So what your saying is that's how much fuel is actually being injected? I was figuring with the fuel rate they are talking that it would be the fuel being moved the the entire system, both injected and returned
