mirror trouble

Hey guys about a few weeks ago I swapped mirrors with a chevy, so instead of my insurance shooting through the roof I bought a used mirror, perfect match except for one thing its a factory chrome cap mirror and my mirrors are solid black. I don't want to try taking 2 and making one. If I went with a stick on style chrome cap. Would anyone be able to tell they were different?

Something like this? Anyone ever run these? Thanks for any and all help

No one runs these? All I need is a couple pictures of the mirror side and a side view I just want to know is if it covers all the black on the top section.
