My Dads obs 94 PSD, 5 spd, don't know the mileage but can find out.

Last cold spell we had @ -2* dads obs shut off on the way home from work, he messed with it some on the side of the road a mine forman stopped to check on him then went to the mine got some fuel. They put some in the tank pulled the filter and primed the bowl, still wouldn't start so he had it towed to the camper and put some sort of 911 treatment in it. He finally got it started and its had a miss ever since. I thought it could possibly be air since he has been driving the 6.0 since this happen, but I'd also would've thought any air would be out after he drove it home from Morgantown around an hour or so drive.

truck also has an auxiliary fuel tank in the bed plumbed straight into the line for the rear fuel tank. I'm also gonna get some treatment just incase it might have any water in it.

Thanks

Are you sure that it was gelled? When you pulled the filter did it look like a bunch of wax on it?

The miss may be a loose wire or plug on one of the valve cover gaskets or a fuel issue.

I wasn't there but yes it was gelled, and I'll check the harnesses. I'm also gonna check the connections for the fuel tank while I'm at it
