Looks pretty good. I've seen this truck running around Fort Wayne a time or two... the new paint would explain why I haven't seen it in a while.

Personally I would do a PTM front end and rear bumper, different headlights (not my style, but its your truck), Other than that, Keep up the good work.

Im from Fort Wayne and know of the kid who had that. Im not at all surprised that you found lots of things wrong like the shocks upside down.

Glad you picked it up and brought it back to life!! It looks good now!! Did you do the paint yourself?

the paint was a collab effort by me and a buddy ya I did the prep work and masked it he shot the paint for me while I was on vacation and ya the first few months after I got it it was in the shop weeks at a time getting things fixed and redone on it to bring it back to where it is now. but its at 437k and runs better than ever so its worth every dime just some more performance mods and new wheels and maybe strip the bedlinner off when I replace the bed

the headlights are next to go ill probally end up with Harley ones or something similar and ill look into the ptm bumpers

the problem with ptm bumpers for me though is in pulling the bedlinner off the chrome it reveled the condition of the bumpers underneath and that would mean new bumpers then have them painted to match so it depends on if I find new bumpers local.

its got an s&b intake upgraded injectors and upgraded hpop trust me I have a seprate file just for work done to this truck I can gladly email them if you doubt me just because you cant see the money doesn't mean it hasn't been spent but allow me to give you a general idea off the top of my head

swamps injectors 2000
mbrp exhaust 600
sound system 1500
wheels and tires 2500
paint 2500
transmission 3500
s&b intake 300
glowplugs 200
brake upgrade kit 1500
rebalanced driveshaft and upgraded u joints and yokes 2000
glow shift 4 gauge pod with gauges and fittings 400

shall I keep going or do you get the idea

not all modifications are visual or performance

I have a lot of factory parts I replaced with higher quality parts to eliminate issues later down the line and im not done so most people at least where im from count that in the money they have invested I didn't bother adding the bs things like pads oil changes seals filters. so with that said sorry for being an ass but my math is correct weither you see the money or not in the pics trust me I see it come out f the bank

I like 7.3s, but I don't think I could put 20 grand into that truck. It is nice to see you bring her back, but I hope the 20 g includes the cost of the truck itself. You could have found a truck with half the miles and no rust from Texas to start with.

That's cool. A cream puff 7.3 with a 550 horse engine built by one of the premier 7.3 shops in the country just sold for 18k on this site. I guess 20k is just a little steep for a 320 horse truck with glowshifts and some classic II's

considering I traded it and no the 20k didn't include the cost of the truck I enjoy doing what most people wont. building my own rigs so by all means let a 550 horse truck sell for 18 I know where I stand hp wise and ya im not 550 but im not stock either and they aren't classic 2s thanks tho so for what its worth ill be the first guy to admit it yes it may be dumb to dump that much in this truck with high miles and my build sheet isn't done yet. so if you insit on "hating" then that tells me im doing something right my friend so keep hating it will only bring the build more attention and when she has 500k with 750hp and is built by me where I can take a majority of the credit and I know the parts and the limits not some shop ill glady accept any and all "haters" then. I hope I used that right

If it took you 20k to get to 320 horse then you'll be well over 100k for 750 horse considering your "build" sheet basically has no useful performance parts. Good job on installing some gauges, intake and exhaust though.
