So this is the list I have made up for my truck. I have already paid for the PMF parts, so that isn't changing. I'm pretty set on the Icon parts as well, but I haven't actually paid for those parts yet.

1. Precision Metal Fab 3-link
2. Precision Metal Fab 4" traction blocks
3. Icon 2.5" leveling coils (w/alignment cams)
4. Icon V.S. 2.0 shocks all the way around
5. Icon adjustable track bar

Is there anything else that you would add to this list? Or change? Tires will be 295/60/20 (measure 34" tall and 12" wide) Nitto Terra Grapplers on my factory 20's for the time being. I'll probably go to a slightly larger tire once these wear out (305/60/20 or 35/12.50/20), or I will go to an aftermarket wheel with 35's.

Suggestions/input is greatly appreciated!

Perhaps a dual steering stabilizer? You'll like the icon 2.5 kit. Rides even better than stock.

I may or may not do the dual steering stabilizer. I've thought about it. I had a 2.5" leveling kit for 85,000 miles without one and no issues. If I do it, it will be awhile down the road.

That's what I'm hoping for. The first time I had a leveling kit, I had a cheaper spacer kit. It worked good, but overtime the ride got worse and worse. I hope the Icon leveling kit is everything people say it is.
