Just as the title states, I have a ******* ndash tuner that was on my reg cab that I just sold. Its VIN LOCKED. So it'll cost 599 to unlock it. I know what it cost to unlock it cause I bought it vin locked and that's what it cost me to get a new license from *******. $500 shipped to your door and I'll eat the 3% paypal fee.
