Thats what i wanna do but im on a tight budget. I am a toolmaker and can do all of the machine work on a set of used one myself.

Well if you get a used set double check for cracks between the valves and for leaks in the fuel rail.

The injector o-ring and the injector cup would both have to fail to get fuel in the coolant that way. The lower injector o-ring sits just above the injector cup unlike the 7.3 more than likely you have a crack in the fuel rail. You can pull the injectors and pressurize the cooling system looking for the leak or you can pull the heads and pressure check the fuel rail. I'm still going to say you will have a cracked head.
