Mods are in sig. Torque converter just let go in my tranny and my injectors have been struggling all winter. I just picked up a stock low mile tranny. I was planning on throwing a suncoast converter and input shaft in it. Next thing i was thinking about doing is running Warren Diesels 190cc injectors. My question, obviously im going to have to run a lift pump. What GPH pump will supply enough fuel to 190's? The big question do i HAVE to run regulated return? Any other input/suggestions/brands would be appreciated!!

I would run a RR before anything then just a lift pump to your stock pump. Most reliable and effective setup IMO. I do a lot of fuel system packages for people including injectors if I can help you out. We build our own injectors and flow test them in house. Let me know if I can help.

I agree with Rykan. Either run a stock 6.4 HFCM feeding your stock 6.0, or a fuelab pump would be ideal. I'd run a sump as well and a RR is a good idea no matter what your mods are.

I'd go with a different converter from PI or DPC myself. RCD has a nice unit too.
