Need custom tune to run 155/30's?

Guy I know wants little bigger injectors but not much more. He has a super chips programmer and I think yu do need custom tune but don't know of anybody doing custom tunes on super chips. (As I'm not a fan of them)

But he wouldn't be able to run them without one correct

he can run them but they will probably be smokey and depending on the turbo may be a little warm.
