Ok so installed my t500 now my guages on the dash quit working ... when the fuse blows for the guages I lose power in my truck almost like my pump is turned down

you had to have left something either unplugged or hooked up wrong electrically. I can't imagine the hpop would affect fuses.

Do you still have the fuel bowl? If so unplug the fuel bowl heater and see if you still have the same issue.

Everythhingg is the way I took it off .... no fuel bowl either

Which fuse blows and did you do any work other then in the engine valley?

It was number 17 in the cab. No work other than in the vallley

Fuse 17 runs Diesel Warning Lamps, Instrument Cluster, Warning Chime Module, Trans (OD) Control Switch, , Water in fuel Switch, Low Vacuum Switch..

The most obvious ones to me would be the Water in Fuel circuit first, Low Vacuum second, and chaffed wires on the TCS last.
