Hey guys!

I just rebuilt my 7.3 powerstroke.

Starter is good and brand new.
Relay is good and brand new.
Fuse 22 is good.
Transmission and Neutral Safety Switch are both brand new.

I took a screw driver to jump the starter relay over to try and get the motor to fire up. Cranked on it for probably 30 minutes today in bursts of 2 minute intervals with 2 minute breaks between each crank.

The Tach is not moving, but the CPS is brand new, from ford.
IPR is brand new.
Pretty much every sensor, switch, and relay has been replaced.
Wait to Start light does come on.

Any tips? Need to get this thing running!

Thanks guys!

You have a **** ton of air in your high pressure oil system, and some in the fuel system. Pull icp sensor, pour oil in the rail until full, re install sensor. Also, if you removed fuel bowl, pull filter, turn key to on position, let fuel bowl fill, re instsll fuel filter. Its gonna take a lot of cranking

I will try cranking more, I will also try filling the rails. Thanks for the tips! :)

Batteries Read 12.58 Volts. Starter cranks over fast when I bridge the relay with a screwdriver.

Fuel Pressure Gauge says I have 60 PSI at the heads.

Checked all the fuses, everything is good.

Also, I've already filled the HPOP reservoir up prior to starting.

Found out that the IPR was not plugged in!
But this plug doesn't fit my IPR sensor?...

Actually upon a closer look, thats your damn ebpv harness, find the other harness with a metal flip clip and it will be the one that goes to your ipr

That sucks! Im guessing you did e fuel with the rebuild?

I did! Looks like I found part of my problem!

Any tips on why the Solenoid 'trigger wire' is not receiving any voltage. Well at least any amount of voltage that would do anything. The voltmeter reads like .08V when the key is turned all the way.

If I take a small wire from the + on the battery to the Solenoid Trigger 'S' post, the starter turns over.

Googled the harness and it looks like the solid Red and Yellow w/ Red Stripe wire for the IPR.

Can anyone verify that the two bottom wires are in-fact for the IPR?
