Need help Early 99 7.3

I have a early 99 7.3 l with ts 6 pos pillar gauges wicked wheel I was having problems with my ts getting way to much fuel and was only getting 10 to the gallon in level 6 i use to lay in the throttle and my truck would move and and it would smoke so much but now if I put the hammer down I can barley get over half throttle and I lose the throttle in level 6 and it makes a odd noise palmist like a rev limiter but it's not its just odd it didn't use to do it but I also wNt to reburn my ts with custom tunes and I wanna know what's the best for a early 99

Not understandable at all.
Sounds like you have multiple issues.

First thing. Re do your post. One issue per sentence.
Do you have a check engine light on.
If so get the codes read.
If not, get them read anyway.

Need codes but without stating manual vs auto. I will assume it is an auto. It could be the death song of the torque converter. Does the O/D light blink at all?

1211 code prolly.. it forces a defuel if your chit is weak and not holding icp..
