I got some funny numbers on the scanner last night. I was data logging the truck coming back to idle after cruising at low speeds with the tc unlocked. I have a pretty good stumble in the process of dropping back to idle. It is not like a even romp, it is erratic. I can attach some data logs if anyone knows how to convert a csv file to something legible, or how to attach a csv file here. The icp spiked up to 5k and down to 0 and all points in between. The ipr dc also went nuts, dropping to zero and going back up to normal range of 10% or so. Pulse with was also acting up ranging anywhere from 0 to 122 ms.

I got the same swing on rpm and accelerator pedal output voltage. The truck was doing this at idle in park and the idle didn't sound abnormal. check engine light and I didn't look for stored codes.

Bump. I don't even know what to check on this besides wiring connections, and I have already done that.

If you've got weird voltage issues on about every PCM input sensor and it's an auto, try unplugging the trans plug at the range selector and see if things even out.

There is a very important electrical circuit that runs through that plug, and if anything goes screwy with that plug or wiring it can potentially cause hell for the PCM.

Thanks Charles!

I rode around all day yesterday with the scanner hooked up and it didn't do it again. I guess I will just have to wait till it does it again then give it a shot.

I did have a TC lockup switch on it that I took off yesterday, and rewired with heat shrink solder butt splices (used regular crimp on splices before). The purple wire with the yellow stripe had a loose connection. Could that have caused the issue?
