Hey guys just recently deleted my 15 about 1500 miles ago or so. Check engine light was on this morning so I plugged her in and 2 codes came up.

U0106 - says "lost communication with glow plug control module 1"

U0074 - says "control module communication Bus B off"

Has anyone had this problem before? Could it just be because of the cold weather? What should I do? Please help. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1424974086.288457.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1424974104.523437.jpg

Who's tune you running? Same codes on my 15 f450 with innovative's delete tunes. Also when mine throws those codes my glow plugs won't work till I clear the codes. Will happen every so many key cycles. I've heard the NOx box on the frame rail under passing rear door and the glow plug module are on the same circuit? So our trucks every so often look to see the NOx box, can't find it and throws the code. Innovative was no help, says it's not the tune and just says reload it and update my sct livewire. Which didn't help all. There has to be a glitch in the tune. A proper delete tune will disable the truck from looking for the emission stuff. I have no solution yet. :(

Also read my post About the other issue I have in aftermarket 6.7 best delete thread. Hope your truck doesn't do that cause it really sucks. Innovative was no help with that either. Says its not the tune but my truck. Mine only has 6000miles so I don't think it my truck. Plus started happening right after I installed the tunes.

I actually just fixed mine the other day. My truck ended up throwing a few more codes having to do with the NOx sensors and some particulate matter sensor code and I started to get pretty frustrated. All I ended up doing was spraying some fluid film rust and corrosion penetrating oil in the open end of the sensors and within a day all of the codes have been gone. I then packed them with dielectric grease and haven't had an issue since!

Hmmmm well my plugs have been filled with dielectric grease right when I did the deletes but I could clean them out and retry that I guess. Did you unscrew the sensors from the exhaust and tie them up? Or unplug all the harnesses from the sensors and leave the sensors in the old exhaust?
That's what I did and then fill all the open connectors full of grease and tied them up so they can't touch anything.

I left all the sensors on the old exhaust. Make sure you got the grease in all of the sensors. I filled mine up the first time. Then when I got the code I went back under and I missed a few. Double check and see if you've put grease in them all

I really don't like how I was treated when I said I was having problems. Right away they said "its your truck not the tunes!" When I had zero issues until I installed their tunes and did the deletes. I'm no diesel tech but I'm not stupid either.
