need help with Job 1 to job 3 trans lines/filter

I am looking to do a change over from job 1 transmission cooling lines to job 3 lines without the external filter. Any body ever done this that can help me out.

Just need new lines from the radiator to the trans.

Why not leave the stock cooler lines and just put a normal filter in the pan.

or go with a dieselsite external filter...

I have a slight drip at the external filter fitting. Can I get a aftermarket pan and use the job 2/3 filter? Direct swap out?
