NEED HELP

[torque beast]

long story short, my truck is a 12 and shut off on me each time an EGT sensor went out and left me stranded. There was an updated flash for the 11&12 trucks so it would only turn on a check engine light but not kill the truck. Problem is after the flash I can not install my H&S tuner back on it. Got on their site to update firmware but can't get anything to work. Any ideas?

Tried to copy and paste new calibration but still does the same

Can someone email the latest update? Apparently H&S severs and Internet have been down since yesterday and won't be up till Monday but I am leaving town this afternoon and would like to get my tune installed before I leave.

I tried that twice. It still gives me the same message

Maybe I did something wrong. I used calibration 1, unzipped, copied and pasted it to my sd card. Plugged into my truck and then updated firmware then tried to install tune and it gave me the same message

Should I make a copy of the card then delete it and paste the new by itself?

Tried to format sd card but it will not format even went through the procedure to disable read only
What else can I try?

replace sd card. thats usually the grand finale to recovery .

Sd card is fine. I formatted and reinstalled but still gives me the same unrecognized part number. Can I add the part number in myself or am I at H&S mercy?
