So I'm on deployment right now and have the world wide web for a few days and looking to get some more out of my truck I have a 2012 6.7 with dpf egr delete h&s Minni maxx and that's about it. I have been looking in to the 15 turbo swap but any other ideals to increases some number would be great and what is gear head tunnung nubers looking like
