To paint to match the mirror caps or not to paint them...

I have the smoothed door handles with out key holes. Just cant fully make my mind up on if i should do just the tops, the whole mirrors, or none at all.

Tops but with the darker color it won't stand out as much so it'll be fine if you leave them
