need some opinions...

I've been wanting to do the following things to my truck and was wondering if ya'll think it's a possibility for me to do the work myself. I have a little experience in mechanic work but not much....I do know some people with diesel shop experience that could help me.

2005 F three fiddy CCSB w/ SCT and 5" so far...
mods:
65mm Pmax
190's (gona be a dd/street truck, will egt's be too high? maybe go with 155's instead?)
Regulated Return
AirDog
ARP's
EGR Delete
Coolant Filter
Maybe a mildly built 5r as well (probably not with initial install though).

I decided that instead of buying each mod and installing it I should just do it all at one shot...have to just lift the cab once then (for installation anyways LOL)

Be honest if you don't think I can do it: I don't want to be halfway into it and realize that "holy crap, I'm way over my head here". I'm sure if I can't Diesel Nut Motorsports in Sacramento, J&H Diesel in Redding, or Jefferson State diesel in Redding should do the job, just would like to do it myself if I could.

Also, just in case I do this build (or get a shop to do it), what HP should it make with custom tuning...500? 525? 550+?

I would do another fuel pump or wait and see how your stock pump does.
As for egts i haven't towed with mine since i did my injectors but there not that bad
