This is for my brothers truck. Its an 06 F-250 4wd, ECSB. The truck spent the first 3-4 years of its life as a service truck for the Church of Latter Day Saints, and had a have slide-in utility bed shell thing the whole time they had it. So now the rear springs are about shot. They have no arch and the truck sits level/low in the rear, and sags bad with any load on the rear. He's wanting to know whats the best/cheapest way to fix it. We do tow and haul heavy with it, but he doesn't want something super stiff.

He's been thinking about that also.

Would airbags work as well to lift the truck? He's been thinking about airbags since we tow 15-20k+ lbs a couple times a month. He just wants to have the truck sitting back at the stock level and be able to handle heavy loads easy, but still ride nice and smooth when he's not towing or hauling crap.
