Hey guys, so, finally made the jump to the diesel world. Just purchased an 05 6.0 F250 CC LB, lariat with 153k miles and torqueshift 5 speed automatic transmission. Used to use a 2011 6.2 raptor to tow my Jeep. but recently moved to colorado and will be towing 2 jeeps often, so decided to make the change to the soot life.

Previous owner installed:

Ford head gaskets
ARP head studs
Bulletproof EGR cooler
stand pipes
dummy plugs
new ford oil cooler
new ficm
new water pump and belts
dual alternators
air raid intake
leveling kit
kenwood stereo system

drives great, no white smoke, no oil overflows, recent oil change.

no plans at the moment to tune it, want to keep it as reliable as possible. plan to throw bags in the rear and a set of 35s.
plan to wrap it black an do red accents to match my jeep. would like to upgrade the emblems and headlights and tailgate as well to newer versions. but, thats not a priority. and definitely plan to get a monitor ASAP. most likely the edge evolution (since thats what i read is most popular)

Would love any and all input from you guys. Im more of a Jeep guy, so the diesel world is new to me.

Welcome! Good looking truck and Jeep! Seems like you got a nice truck, looks good plus it's great it already has the studs, delete, and other 6.0 goodies. By Evolution did you mean the Edge CTS? Best monitor IMO.

Many gauges out there to chose from, as far as im concerned i think analog gauges are the most reliable. But if those are already out of the question, then yes edge is definitely the way to go, simplest set of gauges and easy setup.
