main belt is pretty straightforward you dont have to remove anything just come in from the bottom. The A/C belt it a whole different story atleast on my truck with dual alternators I had to remove the main tensioner and then remove the bolts from the fan shroud I installed a new tensioner while I was there and it was a pain to get to move due to lack of room and being such a stiff spring and the belt has to fit behind the cast mount

I replaced both tensioners as their known to have issues just for piece of mind, as well as the top idler pulley because it was bad. And correct you do the A/C one first as it sits directly behind the main belt so that you cant remove or install it without the front one off first

It can be done but like the others said, its a pain to get the a/c belt off and the new one back on with the small amount of room in there. I would also replace both tensioners and the pulley up top as well. My truck had just under 60k and they were all smoked pretty much.
