Hey guys new to this forum. had a 2008 cc lb dually with spartan phalanx, 5" turbo back, and sb intake. sold when didnt need for work anymore and didnt want a $650 payment. Recently picked up a 97' cc lb srw 4x4 auto with 290,000ish miles and 9k miles on an engine overhaul. original block sleeved all 8 and bored .20 over. basically only thing that wasnt replaced was turbo, but it looks like its been messed with since it has a 1.10 housing? not sure. tranny shifts smooth and has about 90k on it. This winter i plan on pulling bed off and maybe cab and stripping the frame down and por15 everything and do random mods and upgrades as i move along. address the bodywork and paint in the spring i hope then move on to some stage 1's or 2's, d66, upgrade hpop, possible e fuel and ic all along with a trans at some point. its not my dd so i have time to do most of the work myself and have a hot street ride with 400-450hp i hope. i could go on for days :blah::blah::blah:, but ill save that a new thread! =) have a good one!
