Recently traded in my 2005 F150 XLT 5.4 for a 2000 F250 XLT 7.3. Other than a brake caliper, two tie rod ends, o rings in the fuel bowl, and an exhaust back pressure tube, it's been a great truck so far.
It has a 4" lift with 18" fuel black hostage wheels and 35" nitto trail grapplers. It also has black nerf bars and a black tool box in the bed (previously silver, bed linered it). I repainted the grille black (it was a faded gray), and added two halogen lights onto the bumper. Oh and I also straight piped it (cut a chunk of pipe out about two feet before the muffler).
Next things I'll do to it will be fix whatever the hell is clinking when I turn and brake (I assume ball joints, I'll check em tomorrow), and tint the windows. When I actually start to save money I'll work towards 315/70 Toyo M/T's.
