forgive me, the 6.0 is my bread and butter, so 7.3's are outdated to my standards and I dont recall much information on them.

I just installed a Stancor unit and I cycle the plugs but the relay does not click now transfer power to the glow plug side. Is it because the engine is warm?

I don't remember if it shuts off the GP's when engine is warm.....

No it does not. Disconnect the lead to the glow plugs from the relay. See if it works properly. I just went through a very strange gpr issue and I will be posting about it later.

for the record, I believe at a certain EOT and IAT temp, the system does shut the GP system off... now the relay works fine. Remember I tested it with engine @ op temp

I'm guessing something else is up with this E99 in the shop then. Drove truck to shop, truck at ~180* EOT, shop is 68*. Relay still clicks and sends power over to the other side.

Did same thing on 2003 7.3 - it does not.

My mistake to the OP...
