They are top mount, 2011 and up, style bolts.

new top plates are included.

How tall of a block are they for?

I think the will take up to a 6. possibly more on a 250 or something without an overload spring.

I have them on my 08 F350.
They are long enough to go over the over load springs, factory blocks and OUO traction bars mount.
