Good Afternoon All,
Just wanted to introduce myself to PowerStokeArmy for the first time. I have been following the forum/forums for quite some time and figured today was a good day to start becoming active since i have a long wait in San Francisco Airport for my flight.
A little background. I've been in the diesel world all my life starting with Caterpillar engines at a very young age. I was first introduced into the diesel truck world at the age of 15 with my first 7.3 extended cab dually I was given with over 150k miles and a lot of work to do. It was a work truck used back when i guess putting cigarette butts out on the cloth seats was acceptable. *sigh*. Anyways, i was lucky enough to trade around several diesel and gas trucks and learn the ins and outs of the diesel business. I've seen several truck shops open and close over the years and it was always dishartening to see. But over the past few years i have put together a business plan and stage 1 is completed which is an online website and stage 2 is underway, land and a shop. I've read enough to know that advertising without sponsoring the site first is frowned upon so i'll leave my plan there until i do so (if a moderator could please PM me how to do this).
Long story short I've been working on some cool truck parts, not necessarily performance but some too, that i can't wait to share and get some feedback on.
